Fitywell

Version 1.0 — October 2026

Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

Fitywell builds meal and workout plans from information about your body and health. This policy explains exactly which health information we collect, why, who receives it, and how you control it. It adds to our Privacy Policy.

1. Health information we collect

  • •Body measurements: weight, height, target weight, age and sex.
  • •Goals and activity: your goal, activity level, training experience and schedule.
  • •Health conditions and limits you tell us about: food intolerances, dietary restrictions, conditions such as diabetes or high blood pressure, and injuries.
  • •Medications and supplements you choose to track, and when you take them.
  • •What you log: weight entries, meals, workouts, habits and weekly check-ins (such as energy and how the week went).
  • •Meal photos and voice notes you choose to send for analysis. They are analyzed and not stored; only the foods you confirm are saved.
  • •Messages you send to your coach.
  • •Information we work out from the above, such as your daily calorie and nutrient targets.

2. Where it comes from

From you: in our quiz, during setup and while you use the app. We do not buy health information or receive it from other companies.

3. Why we use it

  • •To build your meal and workout plans and adjust them as you go.
  • •To show your progress and answer your questions in the coach.
  • •To keep the service working and secure.

We do not use your health information for advertising, and we do not sell it.

4. Who receives it

Only the service providers that run Fitywell for us, under contract, and only what they need:

  • •Supabase — stores your data (hosted on AWS in the United States).
  • •Groq — the AI that generates your plans, writes coach replies and analyzes meal photos and voice notes. It receives your first name and the health details needed for each request.
  • •Cloudflare and Vercel — host the website and the quiz, and carry the information you send through them.

We share health information with no one else, unless the law requires it. Payment providers (Stripe, Hotmart) and our email provider (Resend) do not receive it.

5. Your consent and your rights

We collect and use your health information only with your consent, which you give separately when you create your account. You can:

  • •Confirm and access — ask whether we have your health information and get a copy, including the list of providers that received it. A copy of what you saved in the app is also available in Settings → Download my data.
  • •Delete it — delete your account in Settings (cancel your subscription first), or email us. Quiz answers are deleted on request.
  • •Withdraw consent — at any time, by email. Without it we can no longer build your plan, so withdrawing means closing your account.

Email [email protected] from the address on your account. We answer within 45 days. If we decline a request, reply to our answer to appeal, and we will review it again and explain the result.

6. Changes

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we'll tell you before it takes effect and ask for your consent again when the law requires it.
